RAMS Auxiliary Machine

Rams Auxiliary machine has set the stage to revolutionize the roll forming industry. This machine is capable of producing 10 different roll forms on one streamline machine. This nine-station, double sided; roll form machine was developed specifically with the end user in mind. RAMS’ engineers designed square drive shafts with push-button release mechanisms which eliminate the need for tools and allow the operator to change a full set of rolls in less than five
minutes. Beyond the obvious, increased productivity and versatility with less down time; this machine is sure to become an essential in fabrication shops across the nation as well as an economic favorite.
Because of the unique design of the RAMS 2014 Auxiliary machine, local Union training facilities across the country are purchasing the machine in order to be ahead of the learning curve on the innovative technology only available on this extraordinary machine.
Start up shops can benefit by purchasing the base machine and then add on rolls as the need presents itself, and this is all done at a fraction of the cost of buying a new machine for a single purpose. This benefit also holds true for established production shops looking to eliminate the need for multiple machines. Additionally, it’s a great space saver for a shop which has limited square footage. The RAMS 2014 Auxiliary machine has the following rolls sets available: 6-in1 tap, Acme Double Seam, Drive Cleat, and both Male & Female button locks. Within the next few months they will also make the Pittsburgh lock available as well as custom locks.

• Aux-1800 Drive Cleat- 20ga Max – 26ga Min
• Aux-1600 Acme Double Seam- 20ga Max – 26ga Min
• Aux-2200 Female Button Lock– 20ga Max – 24ga Min
• Aux-2100 Male Button Lock- 20ga Max – 24ga Min
• Aux-1400 6-in-1- 22ga Max – 26ga Min

The quick release hinged top allows for easy and convenient access to the machine when changing out the rollers or clearing metal jams. Another time saving cost effective feature is the quick jam release, by merely loosening a few bolts the compression springs lift the top plate from the bottom plate creating ample room to remove
jams. All of the RAMS guide bars and wear plates are heat treated and hardened to protect table top from plasma cut material and prevent wear grooves from forming.
The available optional stand and tray combine convenient use, organization and storage for the operator. As with all of the RAMS equipment, the RAMS 2014 Auxiliary machine is 100% manufactured in the USA and carries the longest standing warranty in the industry of 2 full years.
All of the RAMS equipment is manufactured in Kenosha, WI at Horizon Systems Machining, Inc. which specializes in precision medical equipment. These high quality standards are carried over into their HVAC equipment. Additionally, their entire line is stocked and ready for immediate shipment.
